While watching As Good As It Gets I couldn't take my eyes off Helen Hunt's red, polka dot dress. The sheer red, small print and white slip; such a great combination of conservative & sexy beneath it all.

Illustration Inspiration.

I haven't drawn anything in forever and recently I was reminded by someone who used to know me when it was all I did. So I started drawing wedding dresses. I'd love to somehow wear my own design. Drawing them is the easy part, deciding later will be the hard part. 

Tights.

Love lacy tights with Forever21 Bordeaux wedges. Needed a little texture this morning and these my sister bought me for my birthday are perfect! A fun change for work.

HATCH.

While doing maternity research for my senior project, I came across HATCH, a maternity line for women with style before, during, and after baby. The designer, Ariane Goldman, also established twobirds Bridesmaid.

I'd wear any number of this line. Beautiful designs I can wear at least 10 different ways for truly any time in my life? Hooray! for multi-functionalism and great design! I especially love The Soiree Dress and especially The Afternoon Dress. The idea of supplementing pieces like these is enough to make me want to replace my entire closet with a couple of these awesome closet gems.

While sifting through fb and looking through what I have *liked* I came across this gem. WrapHabillement. A fellow AMT student from my graduating class had interned here at one point and from what I recall it was a great experience. I'm encountering a phenomenal experience myself where I just began working, another local clothing line with some wonderfully, inspired pieces.
